Ad Management Module

The Ad Management Module makes it easier than ever to add, edit and manage banner ads, text ads, and flash ads throughout the web site. Users can sign up for ad placement, upload their banner, flash, and text ads as well as pay for ad space through our easy to use online interface. Payments can be made via credit card or Pay Pal account.

Once the advertiser has signed up and uploaded their ad, an email notification is sent to the administrator for approval. Advertisers can also choose whether to receive daily, weekly, or monthly ad impression and click through stats on each of their ads.

The Ad Management Module also offers a wide variety of ad placement options. Ads can be part of a group of rotating ads on a page or stand alone as a static ad. These ads can be placed in standard header, footer, and gutter sections of the web site or be set to wrap within main body text content. In addition, pop up ads, floating ads, page peel ads, and page transition ads are also available.

The Survey Module

The Survey Module is the idea way to collect demographic and mailing list information of your web site visitors. You can use this information for your own mailing and contact lists or share it with your advertisers. The demographics collected in the surveys also allow you to key on specific site visitor information during your own sales calls and presentations.

The Survey Module also allows you to employ "skip logic" to yur surveys. For example, if a respondant answers a question one way they may proceed to the next question. If they answer another way they may skip ahead to another set of questions.

When a survey is complete you are immediately emailed the results. In addition, the results are stored in the online database where you can review individual or aggregate information. All results can be exported to CSV files for use in your own applications.

For example, instead of having users fill out a simple request form to receive a copy of your print publication you can first ask them a series of questions. Another way to use the survey module is to gather data for promotions or giveaways. Each survey can be set up so that users can submit multiple surveys or only a single survey.

The Newsletter Module

The Newsletter Module allows your web site visitors to sign up for any newsletters that you offer. These newsletters can be used to keep visitors up to date with local news and information. You can also drive additional revenues by offering your advertisers the opportunity to purchase banners or links within the newsletter. All newsletters are in HTML format. You may submit your own layout or we can design one for you (additional fees apply).

The CORE360 web platform has an intuitive and easy to use interface that allows agents and rental unit owners and managers to quickly add and edit their property listings. Real estate agents enter their listings on the Down South 360 web site while rental properties are entered on the Great Rentals 360 web site. Each of these sites contains an online payment and subscription system. This subscription system ensures that your advertisers have access to listings for a fixed period of time.

Property listings show on your local site(s), regional sites dedicated to your area, and our national portal sites - Great Real Estate 360 and Great Vacation Rentals 360. This network ensures that your advertisers receive maximum exposure for each of their listings.

Real Estate Listing Feeds

Each real estate listing has the option to participate in our XML feed program. When selected, the listing will be part of an aggregate feed to Zillow, Trulia, Google Base, PropSmart, Ooodle, Vast, Backpage, FrontDoor, and many other national real estate sites.

The Business Directory Module

The Business Directory Module allows unlimited business classifications (i.e. restaurants, entertainment, builders, etc.) and unlimited entries on your site. This module can be set up as a free service or a pay per listing service.

The Blog Module

The Blog Module is an ideal way for you to keep your web visitors informed of the latest news and information in your market. In addition, each post you make will be syndicated throughout the internet via RSS feeds. These RSS feeds are an ideal way to build links and traffic for your web site.
